Sevil DISBANDS!

SEVIL has disbanded. Due to artistic differences Sevil has disbanded. But all is not lost. Brad Steinmetz and Jeffery Kent have teamed up with former Hollow Eye Am band members, Taylor Kent and Jake Barnes to form a new group, GUIDED BY WALLS.
A new website is under construction for Guided By Walls and a link will be added as soon as the site is up and running. The group already have several original songs recorded. We believe that with the new sound, new members and new attitudes Guided by Walls will reach a larger audience with their music and bring a fresh vitality to the band, in music as well as attitude.
In retrospect, we would like to thank all the fans of Sevil for their support and love that they have given the band. I wish nothing but good luck to all the former members of Sevil in their future endeavors and thanks for all the hard work they put into the venture.
Interested parties can still go to ITunes and download Sevil's song, "You Deserve Better" in the meantime and please watch for further information relating to Guided By Walls.
Guided by Walls will be playing a venue at the UpTown Theater in Kansas City on May 8th.

TO OUR FANS

Like many bands before us and the many bands that will come after, Sevil has gone through many changes since it's inception. Band members have come and gone but through it all Bradley Steinmetz and Jeffery Kent have remained the anchors of Sevil and stalwart in the knowledge that they are destined for bigger things. Sevil was a great stepping stone in that endeavor, giving them the experience and valued knowledge needed to help bring about a change in the music they want to produce and the quality. They recognize that without fans and following there would be no band and would like to express the appreciation of all the fans of Sevil for the steadfast and continuous support that they have shown. We hope that Sevil fans will also become Guided by Walls fans and promise to deliver music with a finer edge and new vitality.
